About
“He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less” – John 3:30
My name is Joshua and I live in Baltimore, MD. My life is built on Jesus, and my activities include church services several days a week, Bible studies, ministries to a nursing home and those recovering from addictions, mission trips, and various church-related events. I enjoy boating, swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding, hiking, long walks, being outside, reading, writing, photography, staying physically active, and studying the Bible. I am a Communications Director at Central Union Mission, a homeless ministry based in Washington, D.C., and a part-time Bible College student. Relationships are the most important thing to me, and what I value most in my life above everything else. My friendships are lifelong and unconditional. I love the city I live in, its architecture, layout, harbor, and unique neighborhoods. It is a blessing and privilege to live in a city I love and be in a community built on Christ, with so many connections, opportunities, and love. Hospitality is very important to me. I am a gatherer who is all about inviting anyone and everyone, and branching out to speak with, spend time, and invest in all different kinds of people from different backgrounds and ages. I am blessed with a very fun and loving family. My parents live one hour north on the Upper Chesapeake Bay, where I like to go for overnight retreats, rest, and to get away and enjoy the beauty of nature and the water. I am a loyal, fun-loving, easy-going man with a heart of commitment, who is always up for a good adventure and can find humor in anything. God has blessed me so much and I am pursuing Him hard, hoping that He will add to me someone to enjoy all of these blessings with, who will want to come alongside me and be led by me and do life together in a season without end.
