Vox Veritas Vita

We took the elevator to the top floor just to see if there was a good view from one of the hallway windows.  There wasn’t.  Though, we had some time to kill before former House Speaker and GOP Presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich took the stage so we decided to wander.  That day all of the high profiles were inside The Marriott Wardman Hotel in Washington, DC.  From Mitt Romeny to Sarah Palin, Herman Cain to Rick Santorum and hundreds of reporters and bloggers.. among them Ann Coulter, Tucker Carlson, Andrew Breitbart… just to name a few.

I had registered for a press pass to CPAC 2012 (Conservative Political Action Conference) because I had helped cover the event last year while interning for The Daily Caller.  

With the official launch of my Infinity News Network only weeks away, I was able to receive press access to the conference that was sure to dominate the headlines that week, which was really the only reason why I wanted to be there. Continue reading “Vox Veritas Vita” »

our new reality

Frustrated by a feeling of powerlessness over taxation policies, economic inequality and a shattered confidence in what was once the great idea of America, it is no wonder that ‘We the People’ my generation in particular, is angry.  And rightfully so..  There is something terribly wrong with corporate greed, the money that controls Washington, the paying and buying of Politicians.  Surely there are those more responsible for this crisis than others, and they should be held accountable..

Infinity 2.

Ainsley was troubled by a mysterious unmarked package that had been mailed to her office.  With great caution she slowly opened the box which revealed nothing but three Guy Fawkes masks…

Marvin Walters couldn’t believe his eyes.  As a “former” computer hacker, he was amazed at the extent in which Gardenslayer had gone to keep his files secret and untraceable.  He began sorting through the cables with Ainsley.  So far only the two of them and Jack Kelly knew about the information their former source had sent.  It made sense that there were three masks, ‘anonymously’ sent by more than likely someone within Anonymous.  Marvin was Infinity’s chief of technology, having built and managed the entire website it was clear that without Marvin, there would be no Infinity News Network.  He was the centerpiece, the social media marketing guru, and the glue that held the entire project together.  Marvin began typing furiously and opening up at least twenty new tabs.  To anyone who didn’t know him and saw him in action they would think he was on speed. The man hardly ever slept, constantly building and formatting and designing and finally on his off time, cooking.  Walters was the Mike Allen of the digital world and Infinity was proud to have him.

“Did our story come out about the arrest?” he asked.
